Creative Executive Producer

Job Purpose Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Creative Executive Producer to join a thriving corporate events agency. This pivotal role involves embedding creative content and brand experiences into the core service offering, driving the company's purpose of delivering amazing experiences for clients and the team while ensuring our values of Quality, Care, Smart, Enthusiastic, and Trustworthy are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Narrative Development: Weave cohesive narratives across all touch points, guiding clients from concept to delivery.
  2. Creativity in Projects: Develop and upsell creative elements in every project.
  3. Strategic Solutions: Support Account Directors in developing proactive solutions for key clients.
  4. Centre of Excellence: Establish creative and strategic thinking capabilities within the company.
  5. Compelling Concepts: Write and develop concepts for key clients, setting us apart from competitors.
  6. Project Management: Work on projects in a fee-earning capacity, balancing other responsibilities.
  7. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  8. Team Leadership: Line manage the design team, with potential for expansion.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in storytelling for brands, creating positive and powerful experiences.
  • Experience in conceiving and delivering live, virtual, or hybrid events globally.
  • Leadership experience in large delivery teams.
  • Personable and engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire project teams.
  • Strategic thinker capable of content strategy discussions with clients at various levels.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
  • Knowledge of video production (useful but not essential).
  • Line management experience.
