Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home - A luxury event company are looking for an enthusiastic professional to come on board and support with the planning of high-end events!

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

As Event Executive, you will be part of a close-knit events team, supporting across all areas allowing you to gain exposure to all aspects of events! You will be working closely with suppliers and venues, making bookings and dealing with direct communications with the guests.

duties will also include:

-          Main point of contact for delegates

-          Taking incoming enquiries

-          Liaising with speakers, suppliers and conference managers

-          Preparing event material including delegate packs, name badges, table numbers etc

-          Manage and support with events on-site

-          Coordinating logistics for events

-          Managing event follow-up activities, including feedback

THE CANDIDATE

You will ideally have some event experience and have lots of enthusiasm and willing to learn. The team are very sociable and enjoy work activities including stress matters workshops, walking clubs and other general activities. You must have good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. In return, you will have the opportunity to work on some amazing projects and gain experience across all different sectors!
