The Role

As Event Producer this role is varied and will be responsible for overall creation and delivery of a broad portfolio of events:

-          Building and managing client relationships

-          Managing incoming enquires and interpreting briefs

-          Event design, theming & mood-boarding

-          Developing creative responses to briefs

-          Proposal preparation & pitching to win projects

-          Managing private and corporate events end to end

-          Coordinating suppliers including catering, florists, etc.

-          Advising on technical solutions and working closely with the warehouse team

-          Managing the install and delivery of events onsite

-          Preparing and managing budgets

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will come from an established creative event producer type role ideally from within an event agency. Individuals must have a proven ability to convert a brief enquiry into a confirmed project and to manage the event from the creative concept development phase through to onsite install. Those from a production agency environment with an understanding of technical could also be considered. Alternatively, events candidates who have experience working within a unique venue or event supplier organisation that services high end corporate events for luxury brands or HNWIs could also be considered.
