This is a unique opportunity for an Event Director to play an integral role in this well-established production house

THE ROLE

Due to business growth, we are now seeking an experienced Events Director to lead the planning and execution of multiple large-scale projects. This role demands a meticulous individual with a proven ability to oversee every detail of the event life cycle-from conception to execution-while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring all aspects meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all aspects of event planning and execution for multiple high-profile events, overseeing the entire project life cycle.
  • Creative leadership: engage in the creative aspects of each event, ensuring that the vision is reflected in every detail-from decor and design to the guest experience.
  • Develop critical paths: create and manage detailed timelines and critical paths for each event, outlining milestones for internal teams and external partners to follow.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Team leadership: lead a cross-functional team of event professionals, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and adherence to project timelines and goals
  • Venue management: identify and secure appropriate venues, manage on-site logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of event set-up, execution, and break-down.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have 7 years+ of experience in event management, ideally within large-scale, multi-day events for high-profile clients

A proven track record in leading end-to-end event production, from initial concept and creative design through to execution and post-event reporting is a must as ids the exposure to working with fashion or beauty brands.
