Our client, a leading professional membership body, is looking to add an Events Executive to their London-based team.

In this role, you will manage a variety of virtual and face-to-face events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, and dinners. With a portfolio of approximately 50 events annually, you'll support delivery from concept to completion, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working arrangements, with 2 days a week in their Central London office and salaries of up to £33K.

The Person:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person events.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and speakers.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom; training can be provided.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
