Our client are the world's first members' studio for content creators. They combine a meaningful community with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a coworking space.

We're on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Event Operations Manager to join an innovative members' club designed exclusively for music and content creators. This role is all about ensuring smooth, profitable events that leave a lasting impression, with responsibilities spanning coordination, quality control, and regulatory compliance across multiple venues.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field, with a strong attention to detail, familiarity with Health & Safety regulations, and a talent for client service. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of diverse events, from private bookings to community functions, and to manage every detail, including team coordination and post-event evaluations.

Key Responsibilties:

Building Operations:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients during events, ensuring all communications are clear and the client experience is outstanding.

  • Coordinate and execute a variety of events across multiple locations, working closely with marketing and community teams to align on event objectives.

  • Oversee event staffing needs, including setup, security, and technical teams, ensuring all personnel are well-prepared and briefed.

  • Manage compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations, ensuring smooth and secure event operations at all times.

  • Conduct thorough post-event assessments, including damage checks and feedback evaluations, to improve future event quality and address any operational issues.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in event management, hospitality, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of managing successful events.

  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for operational details and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and venue regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in high-stakes environments.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, able to address and resolve client feedback constructively.

  • Proactive approach to managing events, ensuring quality and consistency in every aspect of execution.
