My Kid Atelier is a leading children's party planning company based in London, with 10 years of experience. We specialise in creating luxury, bespoke events for children of all ages, and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and exceeding our clients' high expectations.

We are looking for a full-time Event Manager to join our team with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute luxury children's events from start to finish.
  • Handle client enquiries, phone calls, and sales, ensuring flawless service and attention to detail while building strong client relationships.
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and developing long-lasting partnerships
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets, ensuring events are planned to run smoothly.
  • Oversee event setups and coordinate staff for seamless execution.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the event process.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-established relationships with existing clients, ensuring loyalty through exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management or the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work occasional weekends.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly reliable and punctual.
