Event Manager required to plan, coordinate and execute a range of events. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Duties will include researching and selecting venues as well as negotiatiing contracts, pricing and relationship management.

You will collaborate with the marketing and events teams in relation to event marketing and promotional campaigns. Tasks will include create and prepare invitations with hotels, catering companies and other event vendors as well as the promotion of events.

Responsibilites will include researching and selecting venues as well as negotiate contracts and pricing and manage relationships with key vendors.

You will assist with overseeing the event set up including registration, catering and the management of the event staff as well as troubelshooting any issues or challenges to ensure a successful outcome.

Post Event you will carry out analyse to assess the success of each event and gather feedback form attendees, sponsors and stakeholders. You will analyse event metrics, including attendance and engagement and ROI as well as present the key findings and prepare post event reports and presentations and any recommendations.

A solid career in Events Management is required with experience of managing large-scale events both in house an externally to showcase to large groups of UHNWI's
