My client is seeking an experiencedEvent Managerto join a small, dynamic team and take charge of an award-winning portfolio. This well-established events company is dedicated to ethical practices, collaboration, and performance-driven growth. They prioritise their people and the communities they serve. TheEvent Managerrole offers hybrid working, with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

The Role:

  • Completeevent managementresponsibility, including strategy creation, P&L delivery, budget management, and floor plan oversight.
  • Commercial management of key accounts, partners, and stakeholders, focusing on sponsorship revenue.
  • Lead theevent teamin day-to-day operations, managing both direct reports and working cross-functionally.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships to drive revenue and boost community engagement.
  • Supervise marketing communications, ensuring alignment withevent managementgoals and timely execution.
  • Analyse market trends to innovate and develop new concepts and programs for theevent.
  • Strategise and implement methods to increase visitor attendance.
  • Develop commercial campaigns to achieve revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events to stay current on market trends.
  • Oversee theeventsdigital strategy and execution.
  • Drive revenue through stand and sponsorship sales both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Attend competitor events to maintain industry knowledge and identify new business opportunities.

Ideal Background:

  • At least 2 years of experience as anEvent Manageror Senior Sales Manager, with expertise in strategy, P&L oversight, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to boost team performance.
