A global luxury property client is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all the diverse UK events programme.this role is reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing and Business Development Director. In this dynamic role, you will be organising events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to product launches, overseeing all stages of the events from venue selection and marketing to on-site management and post-event evaluation.

Chosen candidate will need to have the following:

  • Proven success in planning and executing diverse events, from small meetings to large conferences.
  • Strong project management skills; adept at prioritising, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in event software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with a commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Experience in large-scale event planning with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
