We're hiring an Event Operations Manager for a London-based team within a leading B2B events company.

This is a full-time, permanent role, responsible for overseeing the operational execution of sponsorships for a major European event, with opportunities to support global events.

This role offers flexible working (1 day a week in the Central London office) and salaries of up to £50K, depending on experience.

The Person:* Ideally, you'll have proven experience in budget management as well as sponsor operations (3+ years)* 2+ years of line management experience required* This will be a highly collaborative role, working with sponsors as well as the sales/operations teams* You're detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.
