- Manage attendee support during virtual and in-person events, including mailbox queries, live chat, and check-ins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing training on scheduling tools as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce expert bio materials and ensure meeting bookings meet attendee needs.

- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of corporate experience and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize in high-pressure environments, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across regions and with senior executives.
- Experience in virtual event planning, client service, and process innovation.
