THE COMPANY

A creative event production agency who specialise in live and virtual events both UK and overseas. They produce design-led experiences for brands worldwide across a broad range of creative B2B and B2C projects including product and press launches, experiential activations, conferences, roadshows and exhibitions. 

They work with a number of blue-chip clients, especially in the technology, automotive and media sectors, and provide full delivery, design and production in house. Offering a tailored service to clients, this growing agency have an unrivalled client base and are responsible for creating, designing and bringing client's visions into reality through a full production service.

THE ROLE

Due to continued business wins and the growth of key accounts there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Producer / Project Manager to join their close-knit team and focus on client management and project delivery. 

A broad role, responsibilities include: 

-    Taking a leadership role in the planning, design and delivery on client event work

-    Taking the brief and creating event timelines and schedules 

-    Management of overall concept and design development 

-    Management responsibility for project teams 

-    Briefing internal creative, design and production teams

-    Continuously re-assessing the project to ensure the aims are met

-    Acting as the central point of contact for main client and key stakeholders

-    Financial responsibility 

-    Oversee all internal delivery, at every stage

THE CANDIDATE 

The ideal candidate must come from an event / production agency and have a proven background of managing and delivering large scale events and activation builds, including managing client contact throughout.
