Hybrid working- 3 days in office!  Are you a junior level Event Producer looking for a new challenge within an event / comms agency?

THE COMPANY

This live experience agency boasts an incredible client base and delivers a truly unique portfolio of creative B2B and B2C projects with brand communications running through the core of each event.

Having won several industry awards they deliver exceptional experiences and offer a mix of strategy and communications, project management and creative production to clients such as Red Bull, Google, Nike, ASOS, HSBC and Michael Kors. Their projects are diverse spanning experiential, conferencing, expo and luxury private events as well as audio branding and music caution services.  

More recently bringing digital capabilities in house they have become adept in managing virtual and hybrid projects involving live streaming, event platforms, AR, VR and audio reality alongside their live events.

With continued growth, recent new business wins and a future plan of building their marketing and communications strategy and service offering there has never been a better time to join this exciting agency!

THE ROLE

Continuing with their growth plans, they are now looking for a Junior Producer to join their team and oversee the delivery of some smaller events whilst supporting the Senior Producers on larger projects.

Working across teams the role will be very broad, and would generally include;

-    Client liaison

-    Management of events from pitch to completion

-    Attending creative meetings

-    Content development

-    Pre-production planning

-    Sourcing, researching and liaising with suppliers / negotiating best rates

-    Coordinating with internal departments

-    Managing budgets

-    On site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience working within a production agency, working on similar corporate events combined with excellent client communication skills, good attention to detail and above all the passion and drive to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
