Event Producer needed to deliver large-scale experiential placemaking events & installations for an iconic London destination. Must come from a property placemaking or arts & culture background.

THE COMPANY
Our client is an urban regeneration and property development business.

THE ROLE
As Events Producer you will deliver cutting-edge events and exhibitions, translating a cross section of curatorial concepts into well run events. Working across multiple teams and stakeholders, you will:

- Deliver a calendar of events, activations and installs which reflect the company's core pillars (arts & culture, design, food & drink, wellness)
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners and contractors to deliver exceptional experiences and ensure to ensure events are procured, communicated and activated successfully
- Manage event staff, security and cleaning teams, including procurement and logistics
- Lead all event logistics, health and safety and accessibility for all on-site events and activations
- Work with internal teams to ensure the destination owned events are effective and engaging, supporting the team ambition to increase footfall and engagement YoY
- Contribute new ideas, plans and actions which align with the overall customer experience and placemaking strategies


YOU
- Proven experience of delivering large-scale experiential events and installations from a placemaking or arts & culture background
- Project management - planning through to event delivery: managing and executing detailed plans for successful events and placemaking
- Knowledge of production, with management experience of contractors, event crews and FOH staff
- Commercial and culture partnerships: coordinating contracts for partners, artists and other stakeholders for events and exhibitions
- Networking: nurturing deep connections with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Event production: an understanding of how events work and a point of view of how they can be managed more effectively
- An excellent communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.

You must have native-level English Skills and the right to work in the UK.
