Apply if you have industry relevant experience!Your new roleWithin your role, you will deliver support to the Headof Events in the planning and delivery of an extensive programme of internal,external and online meetings, events and seminars. You also liaise withinternal and external partners to ensure first-class service to ensurebudgetary compliance for advertising and consistency throughout eventprogrammes. You will have the opportunity to perform site research, manageevent logistics, and work closely with a range of stakeholders. As such, you will needstrong communication & relationship-building skills.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this position, you will need to have aminimum of 4 years' experience in the management and delivery of events. Youwill be working with a range of stakeholders, as such you will need to be anorganised and hands-on individual that is diligent, flexible and calm underpressure. You must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and theability to manage relationships with managers and clients. You may be requiredto travel throughout the UK for this role. You will need to be an organisedindividual who can meet firm deadlines, manage tight budgets, and handle logistics,whilst also building strong relationships with a range ofstakeholders.
