Events Executive

Hybrid, London Permanent Salary: £27-35k

We are seeking an organised and motivated Events Executive to manage a variety of training courses and support our client's events team with sector-leading events such as conferences, awards, and receptions.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the training program by scheduling courses, engaging with external trainers, and promoting the courses to ensure strong attendance.- Serve as the primary contact for course attendees, handling queries and ensuring they have all the necessary information.- Collaborate with teams to identify business opportunities and promote events.- Support the wider team in delivering high-profile events and industry conferences.- Maintain accurate records of training feedback and financial details, ensuring smooth administration.- Promote training courses via internal and external communication channels.

Skills & Attributes:- Ability to identify new business opportunities.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Organised, able to prioritise, and manage multiple tasks.- Friendly, professional, and a good team player.- Desirable skills (but can be learned on the job): Familiarity with Zoom/Teams for webinars, and experience with tools like Mailchimp or SurveyMonkey.
