What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of key events, from initial brief to post-event feedback.

  • Lead logistical management of complex, high-profile events, both live and virtual, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Create impactful event invitations, manage RSVPs, and work with marketing to produce engaging content.

  • Drive regional business development initiatives and support the Head of Office on local strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant management experience in a professional services or similar setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (InterAction is a plus) and MS Office.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with experience in hosting virtual events.
