Events Sales Executive - B2B Conferences & Exhibitions

Based in Central London - Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days home based

Base to £30,000 + Benefits

This is a Permanent, Full time position | September/October Start Date

Join an international B2B Conference & Exhibitions company as an Events Sales Executive.

What will you be doing?

  • Create and deliver the strategy to grow attendance at large scale conferences and exhibitions held in the UK and overseas.
  • Develop your industry knowledge - recognise the key players, trends, challenges
  • Contact, promote and invite relevant business leaders and decision makers to attend the event - lots of email and phone communication
  • Research, promote and invite Start-up companies that would benefit from exhibiting at the event.
  • Arranging and leading meetings with new and existing clients
  • Strategically planning and managing your sales pipeline
  • Working as part of a collaborative team
  • Daily use of data lists, CRM, networking, industry publications and content and LinkedIn.

Who are we looking for?

  • A bright Graduate ideally with B2B solution sales experience - (IT recruitment, IT Sales, delegate sales, sponsorships, media sales etc....)
  • An early career professional who wants to develop a long term career in sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken), comfortable working with senior decision makers
  • A desire to learn and develop your skills
  • A positive, energetic and ambitious sales professional
