About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Project Manager to join our client’s team in the events sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a high-impact event, ensuring exceptional execution and client satisfaction. You will work onsite, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to bring the project to life. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Manage the event onsite from May - July 2025
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects meet objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during events.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and implement improvements.
 Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and onsite operations.
