The company: An international travel solutions provider
The role:Providing exceptional events and tours organisation services to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK and Ireland
Main duties:- Provide a high level customer experience to all clients- Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly - Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner- Issue competitive and comprehensive quotations - Gain continuous knowledge of group requirements and offers - Introduce the company's services to potential users
The Candidate:- Excellent command of English - Fluency in French is a must- Experience working with a tour operator or similar service provider - Experience in events organisation, booking agency, or working for a travel organisation- Good knowledge of the United Kingdom as a destination - Experience working in fast paced environments- Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality - Good team player and excellent communication skills- Excellent attention to detail and IT literate
The salary: around £27,000 per annum plus bonus
