As a Luxury Retail Events Manager, you will:

• Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including large-scale experiences and tailored, intimate gatherings for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
• Conceptualize and deliver experiential events that set new standards of luxury and create lasting impressions on clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event strategies with brand goals and client engagement.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee guest lists and provide a personalized touch to VIP client interactions.
• Analyze event performance and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on trends in experiential luxury to consistently elevate the quality and exclusivity of events.

• Proven experience in managing both large-scale events and bespoke, high-end gatherings, ideally within the luxury watch or jewellery sectors.
• Event management experience from luxury retail is essential.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail and a passion for luxury aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage UHNWI clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistical planning.
