The Role
As an Events Manager, you will work with the Head of Events to plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events for members and their guests. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations with thousands of attendees, this role combines creativity with organisational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and delivery of multiple events, including large annual gatherings.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing budgets, coordinating promotional material, and updating event details on the website.
  • Collaborate with committees, members, and internal teams to deliver seamless events.
  • Contribute to the creative design and execution of event formats, layouts, and themes.
  • Handle logistics such as booking rooms, entertainment, and catering arrangements.
