Role Overview:

Our client, a reputable, B2B Membership Organisation, is a leading voice in business, representing and supporting companies across the UK and globally. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised Membership Executive to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting membership activities, coordinating events, managing virtual meetings, and providing general administrative assistance. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of both in-person and virtual events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive member experience.

- CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain CRM records, including event bookings, contact information, and meeting engagements.

- Virtual Meeting Management: Schedule and manage virtual meetings such as CEO forums and international trade working groups. Handle logistics, liaise with participants, and ensure all technical requirements are met.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across a range of tasks including correspondence, updating member records, and managing inquiries. Assist with general events administration.

- International Paperwork Audit: Assist with auditing international paperwork and maintaining compliance records.

- Newsletter Compilation: Collect, edit, and distribute content for the monthly membership newsletter, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Benchmarking Support: Assist in administering the Benchmark process, supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure insightful benchmarking for the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting professional correspondence and producing high-quality content.

- Event Management Experience: Previous experience in coordinating events is highly beneficial, with the ability to handle both logistical and administrative aspects.

- Tech Proficiency: Competent in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and familiar with CRM systems and digital tools.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to managing data and ensuring accuracy in reporting and overall task execution.

- Adaptability and Initiative: Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and the confidence to take the initiative in solving challenges. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative when required.
