Our client a successful Management Consultancy is recruiting an Operations and Events Administrator. This is a varied role and involves all aspects of supporting the Operations and Events side of the business. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director ensuring the smooth running of daily operations in the office as well as arranging and attending events.

Responsibilities:
- Ongoing office management and maintenance as required
- General hospitality for visitors to the office
- Ensuring offices and any supporting materials are set up for office days, training days, and other events
- Supporting internal project administration
- Participating in Operations and IT processes e.g. setting up laptops and phones for new joiners
- Support roll-out of the events and insights calendar
- Project manage each event from concept through to delivery, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (sourcing venue through to event execution)
- Supporting event content creation and distribution
- Update the events platform with event details, insights and articles
- Run monthly insight report and publish internally, feeding back on trends
- Run email campaigns where applicable, and update CRM system with new contact details / bounce-backs etc.
- Attend events to support set up, registration and meet and greet guests
- Support with social media and other marketing collateral
- Monitor the events budget
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an operations or events supporting role
- Proven skills in a varied admin role
- Competent user of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent written English and grammar skills
- Good judgement of when to escalate and ask for help
- Positive, can-do attitude
