As Partnerships Manager, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and industry expertise to identify potential partnership opportunities for the businesses growing portfolio of brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners and supporters, by securing and leading new business meetings
- Developing and implementing partnership strategies that drive engagement and maximise value for both parties
- Creation of sales materials such as pitch decks, making updates and changes where necessary
- Managing existing partnerships by maintaining regular communication and addressing any issues that arise
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in music brand partnerships (sales or project management)
- Have a personal network of brand partners in Europe, US and Africa
- Be self-motivated, reliable and someone who thrives on cultivating connections
- Have an affinity with Afro Beats, Amapiano and Hip Hop music genres
