The Company: An established pensions business, recent industry award winners and recognised for their investment in people, so a good company to develop with long-term. Just under 200 people within the business, including 50 people working remotely.

The Role: The Pension Events Administrator role will see you providing team support across a range of activities, key responsibilities including:

  • Annual events processing - i.e. pension increases, benefit statements, valuation extracts.
  • Regular or ad-hoc reporting, data loads, bulk mailings & other similar processes/activities.
  • Undertake regular checks of the team’s work for quality & accuracy, providing feedback and support to the team.
  • Train, support & supervise staff to provide effective delivery of a timely & accurate service to customers.
  • Challenge procedures to identify process improvements & deliver improved operational efficiencies.
  • Work with other teams in implementing new clients, system enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Participation in new business exercises, representing the Company to external prospects/clients.

Skills / Experience Required: For this Pension Events Administrator role you must have some experience in DB or DC pensions administration along with good time management skills in order to help with meeting project deadlines. A hard working attitude as well as attention to detail and accuracy are other key requirements.
