In this role you will lead PR and also be involved in organizing and running events. The PR & Events Manager role:The Public Relations & Events Manager role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the public relations and events strategy. This role has two main work streams: - Developing and implementing a PR strategy for the brand. - Planning and executing a wide range of events, from seminars and digital events to social gatherings and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure all events and PR activities align with the strategic objectives.Main Duties and responsibilities of the PR & Events Manager:Public Relations- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance visibility and reputation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, including journalists, editors, and industry publications. - Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials to promote achievements, events, and news. - Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives. - Manage crisis communication and act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.

Events Management- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including seminars, conferences, digital events, and internal social events. - Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, guest lists, and on-the-day coordination. - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery. - Collaborate with clients and the internal team to identify event opportunities that align with our business areas and strategic goals. - Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.The Ideal candidate for the PR & Events Manager role:- Excellent written and verbal skills - Proven experience in public relations, preferably within a professional services environment. - Experience within events planning and execution desirable but not essential- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.- The drive to connect people and ideas - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
