Position: Project Director (Events)Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £55,000 - £65,000  A global events management agency in London are looking to add to their team with an experienced Project Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a passion for managing the complexities of event production and client satisfaction.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an agency, running conferences, meetings, incentives, exhibitions, events and more. Team leadership experience is essential for this role.  Primary Responsibilities:Event Strategy:
  • Design event strategies in line with client briefs.
  • Manage all phases of events, including budgeting, timelines, venue selection, design, and more.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring project are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Vendor Relations:
  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure services meet quality standards.
  • Manage procurement processes for event services.
Financial Management:
  • Control event budgets, ensuring costs are within limits.
  • Track spending and prepare accurate financial reports.
Event Logistics:
  • Oversee logistical aspects, including venues, transportation, and safety requirements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all event operations.
Team Supervision:
  • Lead and support the event team, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication.
  Required Experience:
  • Experience leading a team within an event agency is essential.
  • Experience planning and executing conferences, meetings, incentives, exhibitions and more.
  • Have experience as a Project Director within an events agency.
  • A relevant degree.
