The Company

With an excellent reputation this leading brand experience agency specialise in the creation and delivery of a range of projects including experiential design and brand activations as well as exhibition, retail and interior brand environments, Working directly with end clients as well as with other event and PR agencies their client base spans multiple sectors including IT and automotive as well as esports, globally!

The Role

Due to ongoing success, they are now seeking a client facing Senior Project Manager to come on board and take the responsibility for the development, production and delivery of a range of projects. Focusing heavily on one particular account responsibilities are broad and include:

-          Working closely with the client to develop the scope and requirements of projects

-          Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers

-          Ensuring the production and accuracy of on-site schedules

-          Working with design and creative teams

-          Ensuring the completion of risk assessments

-          Budget management including creating and updating budget sheets

-          Onsite management of the event

The Candidate

Candidates must have strong project management skills gained from working within the events sector and ideally within the exhibition design and build or exhibition organiser industry. Production knowledge of exhibition build environments would be preferred as would exposure to liaising with suppliers on elements including power and infrastructure. Any exposure to large scale arena events / esports events would be preferred but is not essential.
