About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading events services business. This role will manage and oversee the successful execution of large-scale events. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event projects, from initial planning and design to on-site execution. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure that events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project scope, ensuring that all deliverables are met and changes are effectively communicated.
  • Oversee event technical production, including equipment requirements, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Lead and mentor event teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and standards.
