THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

Currently going through an exciting period of growth they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to come on board and take the lead on exhibition stand builds across the year.

Responsibilities include:

•          Managing and delivering a range of exhibition stands

•          Client management including keeping them updated with project timelines

•          Briefing and liaising with internal teams including creative and production

•          Ordering exhibition materials

•          Ensuring correct levels of resourcing across projects

•          Supplier liaison and management

•          Liaising with exhibition organisers for stand approval and H&S documentation

•          Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers and contractors

•          Budget management and cost tracking

•          On-site event management, including overseeing stand installation

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven capability of managing and delivering exhibition stands and should ideally come from an agency or exhibition design and build company. Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal design and creative teams as well as co-ordinating with internal build teams. Candidates need to be client facing and have a flexible approach combined with the passion and drive to join one of the leading agencies!
