- Salary: £34K- £45K annually
- Controlling the main floor area in Reception where events/ meetings and company meetings will take place
- Coordinate and manage events from start to finish and approve what the final decision is
- Understand how a corporate Reception desk runs and be able to implement new ideas
- Be one of the first points of contact and host when visitors, VIP guests and clients come through and be able to give them the highest level of customer service possible
- Floor checks and troubleshoot any issues you find across the office
- Be the main point of contact for all members of staff with requests for this area of the office
- Coordinate meetings that take place in this area and ensure the smooth running (both for internal staff and when external employees)
