Roadshow Coordinator
  • Salary: £300 per day (umbrella)
  • Location: London, EC2A
  • Job Type: Interim - 12 months .Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a Roadshow Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of events, including deal roadshows, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, and closing events for the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Securitisation product lines. This role requires close collaboration with the DCM Business Manager and involves adapting to varying scopes of events.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the full roadshow process, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, invitations, and presentation printing.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers, product lines, and clients.
  • Ensure timely shipping of roadshow presentations to the location/venue.
  • Provide on-site event management when necessary.
  • Control budgets and handle the re-invoicing process.
  • Organise schedules for individual and group meetings, including all necessary logistics.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across all regions regularly, offering a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Adapt to changes in the roadshow sector, particularly regarding virtual event planning using platforms like Webex or Netroadshows.
  • Manage the invoicing process efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in roadshow coordination is ideal.
  • Flexibility, mobility, and autonomy.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence in dealing with Senior Management.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
