Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for ultra-affluent businesses? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

A niche conference business specialising in areas affiliated with family offices is currently seeking a conference producer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private bespoke events throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently execute content development, audience development, promotion, and successful implementation of all events.- Learn the market and nuances of our clients' model to impact the portfolio immediately.- Build rapport and network with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.- Plan and attend high-profile conferences, roundtables, and workshops.- Conduct pivotal industry research and create innovative conference programs.- Develop harmonious relationships with key contacts and sponsors.- Acquire and brief world-class speakers.- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize audience quality and engagement.- Provide comprehensive briefs to the sales team.- Write detailed event reports for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • - Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Previous experience in conference production or related fields.
  • - Familiarity with the family business and family office industry is a plus.
  • - Proven networking and rapport-building abilities.
  • - Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
