We are looking for a talented and passionateSenior Event Head Chefto join our dedicated team at The Brewery on a full-time permanent basis. We are looking for head chefs that have a minimum 3 Rosette standard experience, who are ready to bring creativity and excitement to our table, delivering unforgettable dining experiences that amaze and inspire. Preferred start date, 1st March 2025.

The Breweryis an award winning event venue in the heart of City of London, delivering events from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have twelve rooms within The Brewery Venue and are continuing to expand.

Our passion for food and the drive to be one of the worlds leading venues for event catering is shared by every single member ofThe Brewerykitchen team and is reflected by the dishes that are created for all of The Brewerys events. From working on events for 1000 people to a tasting experience for 6 people, you will never get bored.

Senior Event Head Chefwill assist the Head of Food for overall kitchen operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organising, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

Showing their culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Also assisting in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent and high-quality product is produced and maintaining the 5* star rating in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
