They are seeking a candidate for a 1 year maternity cover position, with the potential for a permanent contract.
The role involves leading a team to manage high-profile events with 300-1700 attendees, overseeing all aspects of production.
Candidates should have a proven background in agency event production, with at least 1 year of experience and strong budget management skills.

From corporate conferences to bespoke activations, their team delivers exceptional events tailored to captivate audiences and exceed expectations. They are looking for a 1 year Maternity cover with the possibility of a permanent contract.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll lead a dedicated team to plan and execute high-profile corporate events (300-1700 attendees). Your main focus will be on managing every aspect of production:

Project manage events from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary contact.
Oversee budgets, team assignments, and on-the-day logistics.
Handle everything from venue sourcing and AV coordination to delegate and speaker management.

What Experience Youll Need

Proven background in agency event production, with expertise in corporate events.
Strong team leadership and budget management skills.
Ability to manage various stakeholders and vendors, including venues, sponsors, and AV teams.
