THE COMPANY

This award winning creative communications agency works in partnerships with their clients, delivering  communication strategies by creating experiences through virtual, live and hybrid events as well as experiential engagement and content design. With engagement at the heart of everything they do they work across a variety of sectors including financial services, insurance and media to name a few!  As experts in operational delivery and execution they produce over 60 events a year including large scale conferences and incentive events! THE ROLE

They are now looking to expand their London team with the addition of a Senior Event Manager.  Taking responsibility for the end to end creation and delivery of events responsibilities include:

•          Taking and interpreting client briefs

•          Developing creative proposals

•          Pitching for, and securing business

•          Account and client management

•          End to end event delivery of a range of events

•          Managing and briefing talent, AV and technical production staff, designers etc

•          Supplier management, liaison and negotiation

•          Budget management and reconciliation

•          Onsite management including the management of freelancers and suppliers

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an agency environment managing and delivering events from start to finish. Candidates must have strong client facing skills and a proven background in developing proposals and pitching for business, as well as strong supplier management skills. A background in B2B / B2E would be preferred and candidates must be open to travel for events.
