The Role

Due to continued business success, we are now seeking an experience Senior Event Producer to join this diverse and dynamic team.  The role will be UK based, working in collaboration with the team based in the Middle East.  Visits to the Middle East on an ad hoc basis

As Senior Event Producer, you will oversee the delivery of a broad variety of projects with responsibilities including:

-    Acting as a key point of client contact throughout

-    Managing projects from client brief through to delivery

-    Working strategically with clients to deeply understand the brand and brief

-    Liaising closely with the Client Services and Creative Director on pitch preparation and delivery

-    Developing pitch timeline, deliverables and budget

-    Creating content, programming and messaging

-    Guiding and guarding the creative project vision in collaboration with the Creative Team

-    Coordinating wider internal departments

-    On site management

-    Accountability for event budgets

The candidate

We are looking for candidates who come from a solid agency background working as an Event Producer at a senior level. Any exposure to delivering events in the Middle East would be a huge bonus. Candidates must have exceptional client management skills as well as an understanding of all event disciplines within a live event project.
