THE ROLE
As a Senior Events Producer, you will be responsible for managing mid-to-large size events for luxury and high-end brands. Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of high-profile events, both in the U.K. and globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects from briefing through to completion.
- Act as the primary client liaison within each project, showcasing strong attention to detail reflective of client expectations.
- Lead and manage junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with the wider creative departments to bring innovative concepts to life.
- Plan events in compliance with regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Manage financial aspects and oversee budgetary allocations effectively.
THE PERSON
As a Senior Events Producer, you should have extensive experience working within a creative events agency, with proficient management knowledge across mid to large-sized events for luxury global brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential with this position, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Lastly, you will need to display creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
