As a global agency they deliver projects for world leading brands from exhibition and spatial design to immersive content and engagement pieces.

Due to ongoing growth, the business is now on the lookout for a Senior Meetings & Events Manager to help them achieve their ambitious growth plans.

The Role

An essential role within the business you will be responsible for the delivery of innovative events globally from meetings and conferences to product launches and exhibitions.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • End to end project management of global events from brief to delivery
  • Budget creation and management
  • Main point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Venue and supplier sourcing and management
  • Onsite management including international travel
  • Mentoring and leading junior members of the team
  • Resource and allocation management

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have solid experience in project management across a wide range of events from conferences to product launches, incentives and meetings internationally. You will  be experienced in managing suppliers and clients whilst delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
