The Role

  • The Project Manager role sits in with the SLT, and the successful hire will hold overall delivery responsibility for a broad variety of events. The role offers a wide scope of work and clients.
  • Client liaison - building and developing key relationships
  • Brief taking and pitch management
  • Generating proposal ideas and costings
  • Venue and 3 rd party supplier management
  • Timeline scheduling and overall project management
  • Delegate management and logistical organisation
  • Budget management up to £1million
  • On-site event delivery internationally 
  • Line management of a small junior team and freelancers

The company offer excellent flexible working, and don't require you to be in the office, instead the Project Mangers spend time onsite (mainly in London) working from hot desks within client locations or from home

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have event agency experience and a proven ability of managing events from brief through to onsite delivery, including client liaison and budget management. We are seeking experienced individuals with a proven event delivery background at this level and exposure to mentoring management of a small team.
