THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ticketing Manager to deliver an efficient, customer-focused ticketing service, supporting our ticketing strategy. This role involves managing live ticketing inventory, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless event settlements.

You will work closely with our Ticketing Partner, Dice, and oversee event builds across our in-house system (Spektrix) and partner platforms, covering a diverse range of events including public programmes, theatre shows, creative learning events, and ice rink sessions.

Key Responsibilities

      Manage and oversee live ticketing inventory,

Set up and manage events on ticketing systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with ticket agents, producers, and other stakeholders.

Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, trends, and insights to the commercial team.

Review and enhance the customer journey.

Ensure compliance with GDPR.

THE CANDIDATE

We're looking for someone with proven experience managing ticketing functions in the arts, music, or leisure industry, with strong skills in inventory management, troubleshooting, and data analysis (including Excel proficiency). Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential, along with an understanding of the customer journey and ticket sales channels. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
