As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all aspects of the finance function within the London office. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, driving strategic financial initiatives.

Description

As Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

• Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning processes.
• Administer and review all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.
• Manage organisational cash flow forecasting.
• Leverage strengths of the finance team members, help to clarify roles and responsibilities and develop and implement training.
• Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
• Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems.
• Lead and manage year audit.

Profile

The successful candidate should hold the following:

• A degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• ACA Qual, with an Audit background.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a Financial Services firm.
• Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Job Offer

An attractive salary package ranging from 108,000 to 120,000 per year with discretionary bonus + Central London office location + Hybrid working (3 days from home per week) + Opportunity to work for a successful Financial Services firm + Additional benefits to be confirmed + Modern newly refurbished offices
