We are currently looking for an Administrator / Team Assistant to join a Consultancy firm in Liverpool Street. This is working 8.30 to 5.30 alongside the Office Manager and is paying 35-40k.
The role
- Booking, coordinating and preparing agendas, notes
- Organising events and travel
- Gathering information for projects
- Ordering office supplies
- Undertaking ad hoc administration
- Managing the calendar and email for Team Managers
