PA - Arabic Speaking - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

With a global network of suppliers this trader provide services for all aspects of international trading, including marketing, logistics, finance and after sales support. They provide dependable, responsive and innovative sources for materials and resources that are essential for customers’ success. For suppliers, they offer a secure and valuable channel into alternative markets and place goods advantageously with competitive pricing.

They are looking for a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for the Deputy Managing Director.

This role provides a bridge for smooth communication between the DMDs office and internal departments, demonstrating flexibility, authority, and credibility. You build excellent relationships with all company staff and business partners.

  • You will need to liaise with a range of people who have different levels of communication and needs.
  • Act as a first point of contact internally and externally and manage diaries.
  • Arranging hotels, meeting rooms and hospitality for his visitors to the office.
  • Organising visa’s, flights, and hotels for overseas trips.
  • Take formal meeting minutes, arrange meetings and conferences including preparing relevant communications.
  • You will also be responsible for gathering, presenting, and reporting on a variety of information using; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working closely with senior management and other EA/PA’s in the team.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Accounts, HR, Marketing, Engineering teams) to ensure queries are answered.
  • Project managing and execution of various business concepts, collaborations, partnerships, creative projects, when needed.

PA - Arabic Speaking - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a PA/EA role
  • Totally fluent in Arabic reading, speaking and writing
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be detail orientated and extremely organised
  • Confident, articulate, and professional
  • Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
