Our client, a FTSE 100 organisation, is looking for an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join their high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone within professional services who is looking to make the move in-house, or for someone looking to move from a PLC environment to a FTSE 100.

This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days in London.

This organisation is renowned for its high-performing and collaborative governance team, which has received multiple awards for excellence. As part of a Company Secretarial team of seven, you will report directly to the Deputy Company Secretary and support on a range of work.

The key focus of this role is subsidiary governance (internationally and in the UK). You will be the point of escalation on subsidiary governance/global entity management and actively support the subsidiary governance framework of the group. You will manage the relationships with external providers/advisors and business stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be involved in a range of corporate projects including corporate simplification, M&A and other ad hoc initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ experience within professional services or in a PLC environment. You will have extensive subsidiary governance experience (ideally internationally). You will be a team player and be motivated to progress and develop in your Co Sec career.
