What youll be doing
As an Assistant Manager you will lead teams to ensure proactive management on site as well as accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting staff to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Lexington Catering, our customer and clients.
Responsibilities:- Motivating and managing a team
- Controlling and managing a budget
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
- Manage the bar, stock level, ordering, preparing Hot & Cold Beverages
Work Pattern:5 out of 7, 40 hours(be available weekends)

- Previous experience within catering desirable
