DE SANTIS ASSISTANT MANAGER
REPORTING TO:Operations Manager, De Santis, Milan
DIRECT REPORTS:De Santis Team Members
LOCATION:Mercato Mayfair
ABOUT
De Santis was founded in 1964, when Dina and Renzo De Santis opened a bar on Corso Magenta. They immediately experimented with an innovative concept for that era: quick meals a good sandwich was the perfect meal to fuel growth and their success was immediate. In 1982, brothers Giuseppe and Roberto Galiano took over the iconic Milanese venue and the customer loyalty continued to grow, as did the venues.
Since the 1960s many things have changed, yet the spirit driving our work remains the same. Making sandwiches is a way to welcome, get to know and build relationships. The better, healthier and more genuine the sandwiches, the stronger the relationships and friendships become. Weve always believed this.
Today, De Santis sandwiches are made with a commitment to the highest quality in every single ingredient. We love experimenting while staying true to the traditions that have made our brand famous among Milans food enthusiasts.
