Executive Assistant – C Suite£55,000 - £65,000City of LondonI have a super exciting opportunity for an EA to join an insurance firm, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing first class support to the C-Suite team. The EA will be a professional first point of contact, supporting the Group CEO and CIO with some light touch support to some direct reports.  The successful EA will be solution orientated, show initiative and be highly adaptable, as you will need to flex to the everchanging needs of the executives. This is a 14 month FTC due to start in February. Hours 9am – 5:30pm with excellent hybrid working available. What you’ll do:
  • Extensive diary management across different time zones for the CEO and CIO.
  • Organising complex international travel, employing extensive research skills to find cost effective options.
  • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expense management.
  • Handle confidential and time sensitive material.
  • Update and amend documents and presentation material as required.
  • Organise internal company events and offsites throughout the year
What you’ll need:
  • Prior experience supporting at C-Suite is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in financial services is desired
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
